You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 7 working days from the date of your order.

Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it and the order number of the package.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. We will endeavour in all circumstances to refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of returned goods.

7 Day 'Cooling-Off' Period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
