Milk Gift Tokens Terms & Conditions:

Milk Tokens are gift vouchers bought online at kidslovemilk.com, which can be used to purchase goods from the website. Milk Tokens do not have an expiry date.  Please refer to the terms and conditions of use below before purchasing Milk Tokens:

1. Milk Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, however, purchases of Milk Tokens can be cancelled within 7 days under the terms of the distance selling act 2000.

2. Milk Tokens can only be used once.

3. Milk Tokens can be used as all or part of the payment of a kidslovemilk.com order. Certain promotions may not be valid when using Milk Tokens. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the individual promotions for more information.

4. You can use more than one Milk Token as payment for an order.

5. Kidslovemilk.com reserves the right to refuse any Milk Token codes which are deemed to be fraudulently obtained or used.

6. Milk Tokens have a nominal cash value of 0.001p.

7. Kidslovemilk.com Milk Tokens can only be purchased online, it is not possible to purchase online Milk Tokens over the phone.

8. When the Milk Token is bought online, an email containing the Milk Token code will be sent to the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the code is kept in a safe place and is not stolen or fraudulently used. Stolen or lost Milk Token codes cannot be reissued or refunded after the 7 day cooling off period. If the email containing the code does not arrive, you can request the code over the phone or by emailing info@kidslovemilk.com.
